Condo/Apartment market

Has the Austin condo/apartment market gone down percentage wise in the past couple months or is it still growing a little?

Downtown towers

In the past 2 years i have seen many new towers being built. I have always been interested in architecture, always wanted to be one, i guess this is where this topic comes from. I just love to watch a piece of property become a 50 story tall building in 2 years. It just really blows my mind. I can only think of how complex it is to build these gigantic structures. Back to Austin, does anyone like disaprove of new tall building being built in Downtown? I really like to see it happen it makes Austin's downtown more distinguish. I think anyways, what do you think?
